Project Manager

The Project Manager at EarthX is a high-level management position requiring strong leadership and team‐building skills including the ability to budget, plan, compose documents, schedule, coordinate, supervise, provide mentorship, and effectively communicate with team members. The position requires an individual with a high degree of initiative, versatility, and innovation who can multi‐task, perform under stressful conditions, and solve complex problems. This position will show high proficiency in plan interpretation, heavy equipment operations/safety, large-scale irrigation installation, documentation, employee management, and customer service. This is a salaried position, with a pay range depending on experience and skillset.

Foreman

The Foreman position is an integral part of EarthX, and ultimately drives the satisfaction of the customers we serve. The Foreman will be held accountable for their respective projects by their Project Manager and ensure assistants and laborers are well-trained and operate effectively and safely on job sites. EarthX is committed to providing clean, well-manicured lawns and landscapes as a by-product of our committed excellence to our customers. This is an hourly position, with a pay range depending on experience and skillset.

Laborer

The Laborer position is the backbone of EarthX and executes most of the manual workload for our jobs. The Laborer will be held accountable to their respective projects and must be open to coaching by their Foremen and Project Managers. EarthX is committed to providing clean, well-manicured lawns and landscapes as a by-product of our committed excellence to our customers, so strong attention to detail is a must. This is an hourly position, with a pay range depending on experience and skillset.
